A pepper ghost is actually just a reflection off of a piece of glass.

1) Make a 3 sided box from the MDF that can be mounted at eye level (wood legs)

2) Mount a sheet of plate glass at a 45 degree angle within the box.

3) Provide video content from below.

4) Guest will see the reflection of the video in the glass as if it was floating in the air.

Imagine a floating head at the end of a hallway speaking to you... It might just happen with this scaled down version of the same concept Disney uses in their Haunted Mansion to make ghosts dance.
